MLK MUSIC DEPARTMENT
The principal role of our music ministry is to enhance the corporate worship experience and thereby move people into a closer relationship with God; to witness the theology of the church while developing music excellence; and to effectively reach the believers and unbelievers. As a magnet that draws metal objects, an effective church ministry draws new church members to Christ. Our foundation is prayer along with a commitment to serve each other's spiritual needs. We welcome you to our Music Ministry with open arms, humble hearts, and love.

 Our Goals

  • To increase choir membership 

  • To develop a magnetic music ministry.

  • To develop leadership, directing/conducting and vocal skills among the choir members.

  • To develop effective song leaders.

  • To bond the choir to the highest standard of excellence as an offering to God.

  • To enhance worship with thematic coordination.

  • To produce a quality CD and Video Recording.
